Neptune Client is a mobile application developed by Neptune Software for Android devices. It provides users with the next generation user interface (UI) for their SAP applications. With Neptune Client, users can easily mobilize their SAP system by leveraging their existing ABAP competence.
The main purpose of Neptune Client is to connect to Neptune Applications running in the user's SAP system. It allows users to access and interact with their SAP applications on the go, providing a seamless and efficient user experience.
Additionally, Neptune Client offers free templates in demo mode. These templates cover various areas of SAP such as SD, HR, PM, Logistics, and more. The templates are regularly updated, ensuring users have access to the latest features and functionalities.
To connect to their own system, users can simply go to the preferences of the app and enter their system settings. However, it's important to note that the Neptune Client on Google Play is not meant for usage in productive SAP systems. Customers are advised to create their own version of the app to avoid version conflicts between the Google Play version and the SAP back-end.
